Protection here is cumulative: every hour of shade and every layer of defence postpones the ageing a little further, and the cheapest measures are often the most effective ones.

Shaded or underground parking lowers the battery's temperature, the cabin's temperature and the paint's UV dose all at once — and those cooler hours compound across an entire summer into genuinely longer component life.
