Do you charge more at night?
Emergency night work carries a surcharge that is stated clearly in the quote before dispatch. Scheduled daytime bookings are standard rate.
Can I supply my own parts?
Yes for many jobs — we will fit customer-supplied parts after inspecting them, though our workmanship warranty then covers the labour only.
